Epic is aiming to reach Fortnite to the hands of the largest possible segment of players and we have seen previously how the mobile version achieved great successes and tops the list of the most downloaded games through application stores.
This opened the door to some questions about the possibility of seeing this game on the Nintendo Switch, creative director Donald Mustard has already welcomed the idea of launching Fortnite on the switch, but he said it may not happen now.
Today, a report from some Nintendo newscasters confirmed that they have received information from reliable sources that work is underway to develop a version of the Switch from Fortnite and this version may be detected in E3 2018.
The SWITCH version will provide the same experience as the other home appliance version and will not differ from anything. It will support the interoperability of the devices. It will also include the Battle of Royale and Save the World modules, which will support the local collaborative play on Switch and will feature exclusive content inspired By the titles of Nintendo.
Of course, as we always say this news remains within the circle of rumors until it is officially confirmed by Nintendo or Epic.
